Luna Lilek
Luna Lilek was born on August 1st 1998. in Brežice, Slovenia. She started dancing as a child in dance studio “Modus” where her mother Snježana Lilek is an artistic director. For years she learned, danced and competed in different dance styles such as: modern, jazz dance and different show dances, for which she received many awards in Croatia and internationally. In 2015. she graduated high school for contemporary dance Franjo Lučić and she started working as a dance teacher and choreographer. In 2016. she finished one year certified program “Oliva Contemporary dance Project“; classes of modern dance technique, balet technique, improvisation and partnering are concluded with a role in a performance by Michele Oliva and Francesca Dario. As a result of her achievements in the international championships in 2017. and 2018., she was an invited guest at the Office of the President of the Republic of Croatia. In 2018. Lilek enrolled in Academy of Dramat Arts in Zagreb - Department of Dance. During her studies she took part in different projects such as: ''1945'' (Gustavo Oliveira), ''Hunting family 6" (Francesco Scavetta), ''Glad'' (Miloš Isailović), ''Gore'' (Ferenc Fehér), she choreographed a dance miniature “Let us fly“. She was a part of the project “PlesAdu“ which was honoured by a Rector's Award for the year 2020/2021. In October 2021. she finishes her studies and in February 2022. she becomes a member of Zagreb Dance Company.
